 Astrophysics stands on one position firmly and well founded: “planets cannot influence on the Earth”. The appeared physical experiments and scientific observations testify to an inverse. THE CLASSICAL CONCEPT OF LONG-RANGE ACTION FIELDS EXISTENCE (press on this and other files labels).

The experimental data on the influence of planets and even stars on the terrestrial processes are described in this paper. According to field theory, this means that there are certain fields of planets and stars, the actions of which remain significant in the interplanetary and interstellar distances, respectively. These fields are named by the author as the long-range action fields (LRA-fields). Under current physical model of astrophysics LRA-fields can not exist since its existence lead to violations of the energy conservation law and the special relativity theory. This paper presents the classical (non-quantum) concept of the existence of LRA-fields without the above violations. The concept is derived as the logical consequence of the experimental data. The concept can explain many strange experimental results, can eliminate the loss of cause-effect relation that has been observed in experimental researches, can help improve the N. A. Kozyrev’s ideas in the most vulnerable their part. The concept and the physical model of LRA-fields contain the trends to forecasting of earthquakes, solar weather, to investigations of the internal processes of the celestial bodies and to new technologies. It is necessary to recognize that not the account of LRA-fields promotes to the incompleteness of the World picture.

The physical model of the long-range action fields had been developed in 2004 – 2006 years. The physical model, following logically from the scientific experimental data, had been published in 2009 year in the paper

ON THE PHYSICAL MODEL OF THE PHENOMENA REGISTERED IN EXPERIMENTS BY SHNOLL's GROUP AND SMIRNOV's GROUP 

In this paper the study of the experimental data leads to the conclusion on the existence of the Earth fields of not clear physical nature. The structure and properties of these fields on the Earth surface are studied. These fields turn out concerned with the matter motions and, in particular, with the internal motions of the Earth. Therefore, the fields may include the precursors of the earthquakes that conforms to the experiment. The disclosed statistical relations of seismicity with the planet configurations, sunrises and sunsets, and with the pulsar impact becomes logical. Other planets, the Sun and the Moon must have the same fields.

BASIC PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF THE PHYSICAL NON-MATERIAL WORLD OBJECTS

In this paper physical properties of non-material objects are investigated. Physical definition of the physical non-material WNMPh world is given. By physical methods the following conclusions were obtained: the WNMPh set is nonempty set; the WNMPh world is cognizable; physical non-material ONMPh objects of the WNMPh world act on material OM objects of the materialWMworld and change a physical state of the material OM  objects; at least, some non-material ONMPh objects (but, probably, all or nearly all ONMPh objects) are capable to control interactions of material objects, energy balance of these interactions, energy pumping-over between material objects and transformation of energy from one its kind in another. Non-material ONMPh objectsact by unusual non-forcing, non-energy way. There is the single material - non-material world. The WMand WNMPh components of this world physically interact with each other, that necessitates the adequate development of physics. (Processes of a high level complexity, for example spirit actions, exceed the limits of physics competence.)  According to experimental data, the long-range action fields  -  LRA-fields - really exist.  It is shown in the paper that LRA-fields do not belong to the WMset. Therefore LRA-fields do not submit to physical laws of the material world. According to the physical laws of the material WMworld, LRA-fields, really, cannot exist. Therefore becomes clear why the material processes physics negates LRA-fields existence – you see, LRA-fields are outside the activity field of the material processes physics. LRA-fields belong to the WNMPh set and have the above properties of ONMPh objects (Section 5). Thus, having found LRA-fields, we have met with the disclosing of physical non-material  ONMPh objects and with non-material actions on material objects. The above conclusions are valid under the following restrictions on the long-range interaction: the energy conservation law is not violated; the actions are transferred at a distance by physical fields; thesis "the planets (and all the more stars) cannot influence on the Earth by means of energy fields" is valid. If these restrictions are violated, other explanations of the LRA-fields existence are not excluded. Discussion on different directions of thoughts is useful.

SEISMOLOGY

THE FACTUAL DATA on THE CELESTIAL BODIES INFLUENCES on SEISMIC ACTIVITY

The factual data on the influences of the Sun, Moon, planets, star on seismic activity are described in the paper. The influences of the planet Mars and the Sun on seismic activity are confirmed statistically reliably in the subregion of the U.S. west coast and part of Mexico, in the subregion of Japan and in the world as a whole. The common properties and certain differences of the actions of the Mars and the Sun on seismic activity are marked. In particular, the obtained statistical data confirm that, in some cases, the Mars actions on seismic activity appear more strongly of the Sun actions.  Within the framework of the classical (non-quantum) field theory, these data imply the existence of the long-range action fields (of LRA-fields). Previously, the authors developed a physical model of LRA-fields as the logical consequence of the nonseismological experimental and observational data. This model reveals the structure, specific properties and the origin conditions of LRA-fields. The physical model of LRA-fields predicts and allows to explain correctly the specific features of the actions of the planets and other celestial bodies on seismic activity. Monitoring of LRA-fields opens, in principle, new perspectives of the seismic activity and solar weather forecasting, new perspectives of tracking of the Earth and celestial bodies interior processes changes since the variations of LRA-fields reflect the changes of the internal processes of their sources.

SPECIAL RELATIVITY 

In the papers circumscribed above, incidentally there is the problem of the relativistic mass existence. However, in last years the relativistic mass existence and mass-energy equivalence are negated within the framework of Special Relativity Theory (SRT). The relativistic mass is excepted  from textbooks and books on SRT. In the paper

this trend is analysed. By the definition, the mass is the measure of inertness. Therefore everywhere, where inertness exists, the measure of this inertness, that is a mass, is obliged to exist. At the relativistic velocities the inertness exists. Hence, in SR the relativistic mass is obliged to exist. In the paper it is shown, that conclusions of the supporters of the above negation are obtained as result of the violation of the requirements of correctness. The founders of SR were right from the very outset. At the correct approach to the problem, the relativistic mass is returned to SR. In SR the relativistic mass is the measure of inertness, but is not a scalar, and is the component of 4-vector. Since the relativistic mass is the component of 4-vector, the fundamental equivalence of the measure of inertness and the energy is valid at any velocities (smaller or equal to the light velocity). The above negation is not harmless for science as it close the road to some basic researches and generates the confusion in the students' brains. 

THE RESULTS REVIEW OF THE LONG-RANGE ACTION FIELDS EXAMINATIONS     According to the experiments, actions of LRA-fields on terrestrial processes have the following characteristic energetic peculiarity. The supposed negligible actions energy of LRA-fields cannot explain the observed effects. There is no dependence of the actions results upon the ratio of  the supposed actions energy and the energy of processes on which the action is carried out. The supposed energy negligible actions of LRA-fields stand out sharply against the background of millions or billions of times more powerful actions of other fields. Here we observe the absence of any accordance between the supposed negligible actions energy of LRA-fields and the results of the actions, as if the quantity of the supposed negligible actions energy of LRA-fields plays no role. LRA-fields of the planets, Sun, Moon, Earth are poorly investigated. There are a few experiments conducted to study their dynamics. Therefore, their physical nature is not determined. But we were able to "have pull" the structure, some specific properties and origination conditions of LRA-fields from available data (Vasiliev, 2004, 2008a, 2008b, 2009a, 2009b, 2010). The physical model of LRA-fields has been developed in the result, as the logic consequence of experimental and observational data (Vasiliev, 2004, 2008a, 2008b, 2009a, 2009b, 2010). The physical model discloses existence of three various kinds of LRA-fields. According to the  physical model, LRA-fields have the second characteristic peculiarity: under certain conditions, LRA-fields interact nonlinearly and create brief abrupt flashes of their actions. The  physical model allows to compute cycles and moments of the brief abrupt flashes of LRA-fields actions (Vasiliev, 2008a, 2008b, 2009a, 2009b, 2010). According to the developed physical model, LRA-fields  depend on external and internal movements of their sources, on the sources structure and processes occurring in them. Therefore it is possible to hope, that the use of LRA-fields will open new opportunities in research of internal processes of celestial bodies and the Earth, forecasting of earthquakes and solar flashes (Vasiliev, 2009a, 2012a). According to the physical model, all physical bodies possess LRA-fields. THE PHYSICAL MODEL LOGICALLY FOLLOWING FROM POSTULATES. Embodying of the new approach to the scientific analysis of an astrology consist in following. Though an astrology is not a science, it is possible, the set of its scientifically uncertain observation data (SUOD) contain an information useful for a science about unknowns physics fields. Basic, most primary, astrological observation data are conversed, on their physical sense, to two not astrological, but only physical the Postulates. The physical consequences from the postulates was derived. These  consequences can be tested by physical experiments. In a summary opportunities to check astrology by not fazzy psychological tests but by precise direct physical experiment are unclosed. In result, we obtain the physical model, as the logical consequence of the postulates. It turns out that this model coincides with the model that logically follows from the experimental data, but with one difference: the model, obtained from the postulates, gives a lot more information about the LRA-fields rather than the model that logically follows from the experimental data. This means that the consequences from the postulates predict the results of existing and future experiments. For example, the palindrome effect is disclosed by S. E. Shnoll just now, but it is the consequence from the postulates. Or, from the postulates follow that LRA-fields arise, in particular, at the physical body rotation, in what the experimenters could be convinced in the laboratory, and the like.

It would seem - astrology triumphs. However, presence of the useful information and a regularity of the SOUD grains, selected by the author, does not mean yet SOUD reliability as a whole. The detail investigation of corollaries from the Postulates shows, that the some major structural astrological rules contradict to primary structural standings included in Postulates. Interior inconsistencies arise because the astrology did not follow to principles of any science build-up. Its major rules were inlet not as a corollary of its basis, but irrespective of them, as though from sideways, and, of course, without due scientific checkout of the SOUD elements. It is interesting, that for thousand years astrologists have not noted the inconsistency of the major rules of an astrology to its basis. In a summary, as well as at Gocklen (single who conducted the really scientific check of an astrology), the general deduction arises: many astrological rules is not confirmed, other rules is confirmed by scientific checkout. Therefore the astrology is not a science, but it is a valuable prescience, something like to alchemy (in good sense) which was the forerunner of chemistry. On the other hand, by virtue of said, it is possible to not doubt, that SOUD set comprises the information useful for a science, for shaping scientific working hypothesis about LRA-fields properties. And, on the contrary, on the basis of scientific examinations of astrological initial observation data, at least, the structural basis of astrology has clear future trends of approach to a scientific state. In a summary, informations from SOUD appear the useful for a science, and the science is useful to reasonable transformation of astrology. By virtue of said, the astrology is easy to criticize from a scientific position. But, it is possible to hope, the key to productive interaction of science and astrology is found. The paper on it:

But structural rules of astrology allow such their updating which eliminates the marked interior inconsistencies of astrology and makes astrology harmonious and consecutive in its major structural standings.

 Thus, two physical models of a long-range action fields are built: first - as a logic of physical experiments data, second - as a logic consequence of the Postulates based on re-comprehension of the astrology primary rules in the physical assertion. These models reciprocally supplement each other in somewhat, but, in basic, the second model gives and essentially dilates properties of the first model. These two models are closed in their deductions, starting from the different initial statements and going towards each other.

At the same time, the builted here physical models do not disclose the physical nature of  long-range action fields. They are valid irrespectively of, whether the fields are energy, or non-energy, electromagnetic, gravitational or other fields. The models give only the fields properties and the origin fields conditions, as the logic corollary of the experimental material or the Postulates, independently of the physical nature of the fields. Therefore, as justly  A. A. Artamonov noted, these models can be included as the block in any future theory explaining properties and the physical nature of long-range action fields.

In above papers it is noted that according to the facts, the planets and stars remotely act on terrestrial processes. Hence, there is some agent carrying such actions. Such agent is called in the physics as “field”. Above we have named this agent as LRA-field. However, astrophysics states firmly at the position that “the planets can not influence on the Earth”. These are not mere words.  Actually, the total energy flow of a field (known or still unknown to us) through its frontal area must be constant and must be spread throughout the frontal area. The frontal area increases with respect to r² (in the case of its spherical shape, where r is the distance from the point-source of the field). Finally, the energy-flux density of the field together with the field intensity should decrease with respect to 1/r² or faster. The corresponding numerical estimates lead astrophysics to the present position. However, astrophysics keeps back the following: the position is correct for the class of energy fields. Hence, the energy fields of the planets and stars can not significantly affect on the Earth processes. Scientific experiments and observations demonstrate the noticeable actions of planets and stars on the Earth. Hence, there exist fields outside of this class. By definition, it is energy-free fields. Consequently, energy-free fields exist. Then, by definition, LRA-fields are the energy-free fields. This conclusion is consistent with the conclusion of S. E. Shnoll (Shnoll, 2001): ". . . The energy variation range for the processes under study equals tens of orders of magnitude. It is therefore clear that the "external force" that causes synchronous alteration of the histogram shapes is of the non-energy nature.". Lavrentiev et al. (1990) put it prudently: "there is the type of actions, out of the examination of the modern physics".

Unusual representation about energy-free fields may, naturally, creates confusion but it should be seriously investigated since it is logical consequence from experimental data and existing scientific representations of an astrophysics. Examinations have shown, that from non-energy of the fields should follow unique opportunities of vital technologies changes, that again underscores necessity to be clarified itself in the problem of the non-energy fields. БЕЗЭНЕРГЕТИЧНОСТЬ И НЕМАТЕРИАЛЬНОСТЬ. Представления о нематериальном мире тысячелетиями существуют в форме веры в различных религиях. Решение вопроса в книге опирается на богатый исторический опыт развития физики, когда многократно самое невозможное и невероятное становилось самым реальным и нормальным. Согласно современным представлениям естественных наук, все объекты, которые изучают сегодняшние естественные науки ( технические предметы, планеты, звёзды, биологические ткани и клетки, электрические, магнитные, ядерные поля и так далее), имеют энергию Е . Поэтому будет совершенно естественным конкретно назвать материальным мир объектов, имеющих энергию. Тогда совершенно естественно назвать нематериальным мир объектов, не имеющих энергию, то есть объектов с энергией Е (а, значит, и с массой) равной нулю  Е=0 . Поэтому исследование безэнергетического двухкомпонентного поля означало бы пример изучения нематериального объекта.
